Yacht Charter Fees to be Reinstated - The Department of Trade and Consumer Affairs is advising residents of the Territory that it will reinstate yacht charter fees with effect from January 2009.

Effective January 1st 2009, all Yacht charter operations are required to pay their business licence fees of $100.00 for belongers and $500.00 for non-belongers. Additionally, charter operations operating without a valid trade licence are advised to make the necessary applications to the department immediately.
